About Zoe

Hi, I’m Zoe Altobelli — a health and well-being coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their health in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and personal.

My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. Through person-centered health coaching, I partner with clients to explore what health truly means to them and build the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Together, we work toward goals that align with your values, lifestyle, and vision for your well-being.

I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to take an active role in their health. By combining curiosity, partnership, and science-backed behavior change strategies, I help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and move toward habits that support their whole lives.

I graduated from Elon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience. I later trained in health and well-being coaching through Duke University and am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. My work is grounded in a whole-person approach to health and a deep belief in the powerful role nutrition can play in supporting well-being and quality of life.

At the heart of my work is a simple philosophy: meaningful change happens through progress, not perfection. When you invest in your health, the ripple effects can transform every area of your life.

Outside of coaching, you’ll often find me hiking, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, baking for friends and family, or enjoying time outdoors. I love sailing, beach days, sunset walks, Pilates, and playing volleyball. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I’m always exploring new ways to make nourishing food both delicious and enjoyable.
